Dimitri, the one who influenced the creation of the band, has always been an aspiring guitarist who has worked hard most of his life, and is now seeing his hard work come to fruition. Dimitri now plays full time as the bassist for Progressive Metal band, Ravensung, as well as the newest addition to Technical Death Metal band, Montsegur.

Suchith is a talented and up coming guitarist who's stepping into the Sri Lankan music scene. He brings a uniqueness into the group with his classical influences and his unique guitar solos. His ambition is an asset to the band.

Kanisha, otherwise known as Kani, is well known in the music circles as one of the guitarists for the popular Heavy Metal group Ablaze. He now joins RUIN in a different capacity, as the vocalist, another area where he has talent in abundance. His knowledge of guitars comes in useful where composing new tracks are concerned.

Eshantha is also one who has ample experience in the music scene in Sri Lanka, having performed with bands such as Spartan Whisper, Kristi Dauma, Triton, and is presently and permanently, in above mentioned band Montsegur along with Dimitri. His influences include drummers like Chris Adler, Joey Jordison, along with bands like Opeth. Mixing things up with his drums, he also brings in clean vocals with considerable range for acoustic tracks.

Lalinda, a new addition to the band, is also known as one of the ax-men from well-known band Ravensung. Joining after the departure of founding member, Dinuka, Lalinda brings veteran instinct and a wealth of knowledge to the band, a little known fact about him. Quiet and placid, he is well versed with the likes of Opeth and other like-minded bands, making him an invaluable addition to the band.
